Whigby?

Whigby is pattern and paper; eccentricity and authenticity; cheap cheeriness with a dash of cheekiness; lovely uncoated recycled broadsheets and perfect printing. Whigby adds to the pleasure of giving and receiving. Whigby is about concealment and revealment. Whigby is crisp, tailored, torn and tattered. Whigby is memorable, forgettable, timeless and ephemeral. Whigby is here to stay.

Tales from the Trade Show: Hammertown Barn

When we met Joan from Hammertown Barn of Pine Plains, NY, at the New York International Gift Fair this week, we bonded immediately over a shared love of our Moleskine notebooks. Joan told us an amazing story about losing her notebook (full of three days' worth of gift fair notes) in a taxi the previous evening only to have it returned a few hours later by a kind stranger. It's one of those perfect New York stories and it's what makes the city such a special place. Joan was grateful to have her notebook back and we were thrilled that Joan's notes led her back to us. It must be fate – Whigby cards will be on Hammertown's shelves in a couple of weeks.
