Whigby?

Whigby is pattern and paper; eccentricity and authenticity; cheap cheeriness with a dash of cheekiness; lovely uncoated recycled broadsheets and perfect printing. Whigby adds to the pleasure of giving and receiving. Whigby is about concealment and revealment. Whigby is crisp, tailored, torn and tattered. Whigby is memorable, forgettable, timeless and ephemeral. Whigby is here to stay.

Whigby Posts Posters

Now that one of Whigby's fastest selling product categories is posters, we thought we'd post a regular weekly (every Tuesday) piece about the subject (past and present). We're starting with one of our favourite artists: E. McKnight Kauffer. Best known for his London Underground work, you can read about him here and see more of his work here.

Warm greetings from across the pond. It's funny you showed Ted McKnight's 'The quiet hours'. I am selling that very lithograph through Bonhams. It is at the New Bond Street location now and will sold at auction on the 14th of July. It will be sale 16772 and the lot number is 125. It can be seen in the online catalog. Check out this link.
