Ethel Gets Whigby!

Shauntelle LeBlanc, the new owner of Ethel at 1091 Queen St. East in Leslieville (Toronto), does get Whigby. "People come in, buy a small modern item for a friend and leave with a card and a sheet of wrap – one stop shop!" She says, "we've only been open two weeks and have reordered Whigby twice."
